5 bolt conversion when car is on air ride
Hey everyone,
I have a 95LS teg that's on air ride. I'd like to do a 5 bolt conversion on it this winter for the rims I'd like. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as if this will cause me any issues, parts needed, and shops in this area that have the kits for sale? Thanks for your time.

Re: 5 bolt conversion when car is on air ride
I don't imagine it will make much of a difference whether it's 4 or 5 bolt, since it's the hubs that's different. The suspension doesn't change. You'll have to do some disassembly, that's the only issue you might have in the extra difficulty b/c of the air ride.
As far as I'm aware, all that's different from the 5-bolt is the hubs, and of course as a result the number of studs and brake rotors.
Hope that helps some.

You can get one of these kits pretty much at any JDM shop. As for issues with air rides have no idea can't imagine there will be any. And then just have to get new rotors like Dave said.
Also not sure about axles if they will be the same. Might wanna check that out.
