Default 100K tune up?

what is the recommended 100k tuneup?
spark plugs, wires filter etc?
what else?
if you have an Ls and decide to go platinum with the plugs, would that do any good?

cap, rotor, PCV valve, fuel filter. timing belt might be a good idea too

platinum help for better and hotter spark. make sure they're properly gapped

Is there a website I can check that will list when and what kind of maintenance is required for my car? I only have a french manual for my car.

you could pay 20 bux, and have access to the helms manual in the premier sectionm, or u could run over to canadian tire and buy a $20 haynes manual, that will have everything u need to kno about u'r integra/civic/CR-V (their all in the same book)

i have an ls sedan, and i have platinums, theyr alright, but i havent changes my cap and rotor, or my wires, so i guess i'm not getting everything i can out of them right now.
