Just go to micheals or any other crafts store, pick up some red acrilic paint, its almost see through, but a few coats on the rear lights, and you will be a very happy teg owner.

Make sure to wet sand before painting to make sure you lights are free of scratches, clear coat isn't necessary but will protect the finish. You can go over your back up lights. Just don't go too dark.
