Looking for 91 teg head lights at a reasonable price. plz let me know.

i have stock ones, the driver side flasher lense is gone, everything else is fine. 50$
or i have projectors 1pc with angle eyes. ill let these go for 250$ BNIB

would i have to replace the flasher lense, or would it be functional without it?
