If you google s-14 conversion integra you can see what it looks like, its the skyline gtr front.

 

s-14 and skyline are two different vehicles but i'm pretty sure you meant its the s14 silvia front end conversion and you would have to purchase the "kouki" headlights which only came on the 98 nissan 240's i believe in north america... something like that.
