Helping a friend sell a set of Ro_ja
I'm selling a brand new set of 17" RO_JA Formula 7 wheels. Specs as follows
17" x 7"
42 offset
5x114.3
16.0lbs
I bought this set of wheels around october of 06. I recieved my xmas bonus early and having never spent any $ on the car, i felt like splurging....long story short, it was not a well thought out purchase. I jumped at a good deal, but its not the type of look i'm going for. Basically what attracted me to the purchase was the price/colour/and that it was forged.
RO_JA are high end wheels and these are FORGED, not cast, super strong, and super light. I weighed them on a digital scale for you to see the weight. Center caps included.
Bought them for $900USD+$100USD shipping to my Buffalo address, and brought them over the boarder. So i had to pay taxes on them.
I'm asking for $1100CDN OBO. So i'm losing out on most of the exchange rate and taxes which i think is quite fair.
No tires have been mounted on them before. These cost about $1400USD, and i got them on a deal because they were floor model. There are some superficial scratches on them. But i've spoken with the store, and they've assured that it will not affect the performance, and that it is because they are forged and marks are from the machining process. He said cast are simple straight mould and popped out. But Forged are 1 solid piece of metal cut/machined/grind to its shape, hence marks are not unusual. No marks on the exterior, all on the inside.

this is a scratch, not a dent, the picture makes it look like a gouge, but its not.
