Is it the black oem? Does it have the spoiler?

yes its oem black, it has the GSR spoiler with third brake light.

perfect where are u in niagara? I am in st catherines a lot lately even tho i live in scarborough so when i have the car and time ill pick up the hatch, that is perfect! Do your tail lights come with the gaskets too? I have a leak problem.
