Brand new radiator and battery

Interior is in excellent condition
Runs excellent
Everything is in very good condition cept these two things

It has a scrape on the front bumper
and the fender is dented and rust is starting to show, but i have a replacement fender for it, but haven't installed it on yet(will post pic of it)

there is a oil leak at the cam seal on the left side of the engine.
so it would need a new cam seal.

and last thing is during winter time, the plastic at the back of the trunk where the plastic lid is, its warped due to the shear cold

if anyone want pics of certain areas of the car, let me know
i took pics of all wheel well corners and fenders where usual honda rust occur to show the condition of those areas
underneath the car is in excellent condition, no rust
