Etested yes, certified, if somebody wants to pay me the amount of money it takes for certification and a little bit on top for the time I'll miss work than sure I'll certify it.
It just passed certification in january. It needs nothing to certify. Etest was also done in January so it's valid for 2 years.

this car needs to go. selling now for $1250. No certification. Windshield has a crack in it, and thats all that it needs.
