- Tightened only 3 times by Hand. 1 or 2 are not "mint" because someone tried to take my wheels with these lugs on...basically they scratched the 2 bad. The rest are have few to no scratches from tightening.

ohh no, you almost had me there! part of me wants to so bad but i dont wanna put more money into the teg because im not planning on keeping it for very long, Hope you sell them though your AD is very convincing with the pics and everything lol

those fogs are very rare and even with out the switch and the harness there is ton of write ups that help one how to build the complete set. i have a a 98+ front on my teg and im getting rid of it to get back my 97 front so i can get the fogs. you have understand that the teg is well known for those fogs. if one sees a pic of even the lower area with out any part of the car showing you would know its the 94-97 front. they complete the car and add the style to it. Id say grab them but if your not gonna keep ur car for much longer then its a split. just make sure if u see the car dont sell it with the fogs and sell them after to a teg owner thats gonna enjoy having them and not just drive the car and not car about them and the condition.
For anyone wondering how to get the fogs to work on their car, it really isn't a difficult job - and you can use any fog light harness/switch you like. I have personally used a $20 set of fogs to source the harness and switch and hook them right up to this set, and it worked great!
