what's the difference between the italy spec? since the picture on the bottom doesn't state what "spec" it is, so i'm just wondering what the difference between your italy spec and any ordinary edm cluster?

italy spec itr's and mugen, from what i know, are the only 2 clusters that read 260k/ph. all of the other edm clusters i've seen read both mph & kph, with mph being the bold series of numbers. i think this cluster is also available in the australian itr
