Would i need anything to install these..someone else posted ones like this and said I would need lower control arms and new front truts..this true?

 

You don't need anything to install the springs, but for race springs suppose you need performance struts otherwise the stock struts will not last too long for the race springs. And you don't need lower control arms, but most of the time the rear lower control arms bolts for the struts are seized so you don't really can take the bolts out without damaging them, so it will be cheap to get aftermarket lower control arms instead of the 6 replacement bushings for the lower arms from honda dealer.
