I'm new, so I'm not gonna lie.

I have no idea about the difference between DA/DC/EF/EG.

I'm just curious if this will fit a 98' RS. If so, you have a buyer.

 

98 RS is a DC so i will fit if the seller says it will fit a DC ...!!

 

da, dc, ef, eg refer to different models of integra and civic
for instance, the da integra is prior to 94, the dc is 94-01.
the usdm dc model can be easily distinguished by the "google eye" quad headlight setup.

the tie bar will fit as these vehicles all have the same sub frame structure that the bar would bolt onto (between the LCA's)
