92 Integra Gs, $1000 etested.

Hey guys so my fiancee wants me to see the car. Due to her having my baby. So i'm selling it for a 1000 bucks. It comes etested, Not sure what it would need for cert if anything?

1992 Integra Gs 2dr black, Auto
197xxxkm
New Exhaust
New Gas Tank
New Rad
1 Piece JDM headlights
Has lowering springs, Not sure of the make, It had it when I bought it, Right now at stock height.
New NGK Sparkplugs and Wires
A/C blows ICE COLD. Power locks and windows. Power Sunroof (Pass side window doesn't work.)
As-is
Crack on windshield
I still daily drive this car from Markham/16th to Warden/Eglinton.
