1999 Acura Integra RS w/ JDM ITR swap / 1998 Honda Accord Coupe 5-speed
Recent ITR purchase forces sale.
Sadly I was never able to complete this car exactly the way I wanted to, but a good opportunity came along and now I just have too many cars, one has to go.
CAR #1
Up for sale is a 1999 Acura RS Sepecial Edition with 275K on the body and approx 15-20K on a recenttly rebuilt JDM B18C ITR Engine.
Car currently sits as a stock 1999 RS integra except for the engine. Transmission is the original LS trans which is excellent for daily driving duty. With this configuarion I have personally pulled 650kms out of a single tank on the highway. The ITR LSD trans which came with the engine is currently undergoing a rebuild for a new final drive. If I was keeping this car I would keep the LS trans in as the gas milage is too good to give up. I have had the car on the track with this transmission and it doesn't slow the car down as much as many people think.
The body is extremely solid with only some minor rust which is starting to creep through on the passenger side rear quarter. No accidents, the car retains all of its original sheetmetal and I beleive it was repainted once. I am the second owner on the vehicle, prior to me the car had one owner who I presume did a lot of highway driving. Interior is very clean, complete and doesn't even begin to show how many miles are actually on the car. Car also has compustar 2-way pager alarm.
If you are looking for a car to build yourself, this is probably the best way to go. The best bang for the buck swap, but you pick the wheels, suspension, stereo etc...
As of last weekend there were new rear brakes installed (calipers and pads) and the front calipers and rotors and pads were new as of last year. Also changed was the front passenger tie rod end. I have no reason to believe the car wouldn't pass certification or e-test. Whenever something has needed to be addressed, its been fixed, I cannot stand things not operating correctly.
Pricing is as follows:
Car with rebuilt ITR trans installed. $8,000
Car as it sits with LS trans. $7,000
If you do want suspension for the vehicle I can install a set of koni yellows on ITR springs for extra or can include them with the car for extra if you want to pick your own springs.
ALSO NOTE THAT THE CAR COMES WITH THE STOCK 14" ALLOY RS/SE WHEELS. ITR LIP IS NO LONGER ON THE CAR. I do not have any recent pics as it has been in storage since october.
CAR # 2
1998 Accord Coupe 2.3L VTEC 5-speed.
Hard car to find in this combination especially in this condition. Primarily a highway car, this one has 185K on the clock and has recently had the clutch changed along with the rear shocks. Car comes certified and e-tested. Excellent on gas and surprisingly fun to drive. Extremely reliable.
Power windows, power locks, 2-way pager alarm, cold A/C Solid body, extremely well looked after car. $6,500 Cert + E
