Default Removal of drivers driveshaft for bearing replacement.

I've got the bottom ball joint out the damper removed from knuckle and all brake stuff off the knuckle and now the driveshaft is supposed to come out but its not. I've tried prying from behind the knuckle and a block and hammer on the end of the driveshaft on the front side and still no movement. What am I missing here anybody?

Default Never mind

I've got it out. I needed a bigger hammer and now a grinder to clean up the messed up end of the drive shaft from hitting it with the bigger hammer. That sucker was tight.

Some lubricant and antisieze always help, use generously with old cars The splines have no doubt tightened due to age and corrosion.

Good luck!
