if you just want to measure the stock ride height, measure from the Fendor to the tire. Usually you should be able to lower your car as low as you want on anything greater then a 38 offset.

I have lowered it with coilovers a while ago and want to switch back to a one-piece spring with the same height. So I need to know the stock height to subtract the difference.
This will let me find out what spring I need without any more trial and error!

I see, you didn't really state why you needed those numbers, but seems like you answered your own question. Trial and error is the only way to cheque, unless you have more specifics.

stock wheel is 14"
stock tire is (height top+bottom) 4.75"

approximation height from floor to top of tire 18.75"

I hope 'someone who doesn't own an Integra', was of service to you.

my 195 60 14 measure 22-3/4"tall
my 205 50 15 measure 22-3/4"tall

and this gives me 1 1/4" to the top of the wheel-well

for a grand total of 24"
