clear coat shiney spots

hey im new to the forum, i have a 95 rs integra and im having clear coating issues. i clear coated my car and im having shiney spots. anyway to fix this by sanding it to match the level of clear coat?

You could try wetsanding it with a really high grit to possibly match it up.

you think 1000 grit would be good so i dont get to the paint? i used 2000 it made it a little bit beter
