thats sick. If only they put 401 Express to Max 120km/h at least. What's the use of having Express if the speed limit is the same in Collector..hahahahhaha

I'm in Chicago at the moment on vacation and I got out a restaurant and saw a guy in a teg going at least 120km/h on the streets.
