Thats cool they have similar ones in England just not walls but those metal posts that come out of the ground by remote its to stop cars fropm running away from lights and they might use them in regular traffic such as to not hit pedestrians,

As for the plane what a waste of a few million dollars lol, awesome wall i want my bumper to do that kind of a job.
