is this is for an LS/GS/RS? 2 1/4 stock pipe, so i guess you have to swap the cat to that one to fit?

 

for type r and ls, gs ,rs also will fit gs-r if you swap the cat since gs-r is longer .The cat is for a jdm 2.5'' header so if you have stock header yes you have to swap it out
