99 Special edition Rims!

I have a set of Special Edition wheels painted black 4sale. Paint is starting chip around where the lug nuts go. I would say the tires have 90% tread left. One of the rims was off the car at my mechanics shop and some yellow paint got on the rim.(See pic).Hardly notice! Rims and tires r straight; no cracks/bends.

are those winter tires or summers and what brand and style of tires are they?

Summer tires and r called Super Grip!
