Help to remove rear wiper blade dc2

my wiper blade doesnt stay on the window no more it is practically hanging therefore i would like to remove it buh i dont know how any ideas

just a tip, i recommend you order the wiper plug from honda, instead of using the plug from the firewall (if thats what the article from ti.net says)

the oem plug is pretty much flush, and has a gloss...blends in perfectly and looks so much cleaner...
