Default B18b Vs B20 Head?

What are the differences between a b18b head and the b20 head?
Or are they exactly the same?
Please let me know.
Thanks!

exactly the same unless you find a pretty rare JDM P8R stamped B20 head. those heads have 33mm intake valves and 84mm combustion chambers.

So you have bench flowed the heads back to back and got hard numbers on which one out performs the other? So you're just assuming based on hp numbers with no other info or proof...real smart.

There's a lot of other factors that contribute to making power than just the head.

Based on your logic I could say the B20 has a better head because it makes more torque...think before you type.

I believe that the heads are the same. Its the larger displacement that helps add the torque. If we start talking about b18a was a different motor, was designed differently. If you are comparing a B18 head from an integra from 94-01 then they will be the same as a B20 from the sameish years in a crv. I am also assuming alot. I don't have any flow bench numbers, but from what I was told and have seen they were all the same.

listen here gsr child torque is the block why would u even bring that into the conversation. And in topical Honda motors assuming there oem isn't it that higher compression tipicaly means more power therefore woudnt a b18 produce mor hp because it has more compression ps u need to do some research because u lash out at people because thats how u make yourself look like a jackass like u have just done so shut up and stop assuming ---- go do research if u wanna talk to me prove to me that I'm wrong

oths88 you need to do more research on the B18a/b and B20.
