HC ppm 66/47 pass
CO 0.37/0.26 pass
NO ppm 505/104 pass

curb idle test @745rpm
HC ppm 200/266 fail
CO 1.00/2.44 fail

i thought the curb idle test is easier cuz your not at full rpm or throttle. thats wat dave told me to do and ask when i get my e test i passed mine, i got a g2 as well. i know the e test is a huge headache and pain in the ***.

you can try leaning it out and it should help.

there isnt really anything major in your mods that would cause it to fail like that. only the exhaust....but only if you had the converter changed. if you have one of those aftermarket high-flow converters that might be your main problem.

lean out 10-15% of fuel at idle and 5-10% between 1500-3000rpm. bump BACK your ignition timing 2-3 degrees. take the car for a good long hard drive. make sure it's fully warmed up and good and hot.

it "should" pass

good luck

the small ammount he leans out should not really affect NOx by much if everything is working correctly (o2 sensor, converter). it may go up a bit but should still be under the limits.

If you have an aftermarket cat they work, but never as well as an OEM one.

Run high octane, try 91/94. Also if your failing at idle check to see if your pcv system is working and try changing the oil just before you go. Also check to make sure that your car isn't over heating during idle, so check to make sure your coolant temp switch and sensor is working along that your coolant system is bleed properly. Other than that I'd have to say that it could be your msd device, you know how I feel about msd already
