I have a 98 GSR and the butterfly valve is sticking in the throttle body and the TPS sensor is showing low voltage. I have been looking for another throttle body for the B18C1 for sometime now and was wondering if there was another throttle body that would just bolt on to that engine.

 

Could I just use any throttle body that is 60mm?

Those are the different size TB's

Just buy some carb/TB cleaner and clean the ---- out of your throttle body. Hell even use seafoam and check to see if your TPS is within spec.
