man that's horrible.. the guy gets out on bail.. he should be in jail for a minimum of 5 years. He will get the chance most likely to eventually drive again.. if you don't know how to control your alchohol consumption and know that you are driving you should be doing none of the two.

now some guys life is ruined because of some idiot who decided to have a good time and get liquoured up... he should be hung and pissed on

 

The guy should be charged with murder.... so far I know that in canada you can kill someone if you're drunk, and if someone breaks into your car or house and you hurt them you can be charged..... fucked up
