How to install gauges....

Default How to install gauges....

i just recently picked up a air/fuel and oil pressure gauge both electronic and i just wanted to know if anyone can tell me or show me a picture or where to hook up the wires for air/fuel and wire for oil pressure....if someone can help pls reply asap...

O2. depending on the make.... You should have 3 wires. like.. red. black and norm. purple. red goes to a power source turned on by the ignition. (gauge dimmer control for example. this way you can dim your aftermarket gauges as well.) black to a ground. (something metal) and purple to the voltage wire of the o2 sensor. you can find this with your Ecu on the passenger floor door side under the plastic cover. Not sure I think it's white? Ohhhh and I guess Odb1 or Odb 2 might make a diff. Some people tap straight to their 02 sensor and say it gives a better reading ...I say if it's not a wide band...it's really useless anyway lol so it matters not.
