Default coilover/shock questions

ok here's the issue: i need to dump the car..at least close to 2 inches...basically i need to replace my LCAs(bushings are completely seized up) would like to get coilovers + aftermarket shocks (specifically kyb or tokico). Anyhow, I've looked a the omni full coilover kit from option, and yes that's also an...option..no pun intended. Anyways, i don't take my teg to the track, so adjustables are really needed. Now, i'm riding 16" buddy clubs right now, and in the winter im going back to OEM rims 15". At at that point I'd like to raise it up a bit, so ideally I'd like adjustable coilovers. Any ideas? or preferences? if im going to dump the car, im going to do it right the first time. I've looked into megan LCAS too which I heard were pretty study and well built too, but aside from that my main concern is what sort of setup will be a)a nice stiff, smooth ride b)good for its money c)workmanship on the part. anyone?

=
Koni yellows and some GC coilovers
Tokico Illuminas and some GC coils
Yellows and skunk2s (but Id rather go Ground control)

Teins even the basics ride very nice <-- my choice.

Thats all I have experience with

Dont get tokico blues or the koni reds. The blues cant handle that drop as well the reds arent all that good.

I'd stay away from any sleeve kit and go with a full setup. Tein basic would be the choice but if you have cash to spend then go Buddy Club N+ or Tein Super Street. IMO.

what's wrong with a sleeve kit? I've heard omni sleeves are pretty good.

There's nothing wrong with sleeves, as long as you choose a sleeve and spring rates that are matched to the shock you'll be using.
