civic plastic bumper...
I have a 91 civic hb with the black plastic textured bumpers. I wanna make the bumpers a bit more shiny black, but its not a good idea to paint textured bumpers cause after 5 minutes it will flake off. Should i just put some clear coat or what???
There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!

did you sand down and clean the bumper? did you use primer too? there really is no reason why it shouldn't stick if you've don proper prep work
