also the 92-93 gsr if you look @ the vin it has to have 238 in the vin # so you can still tell if the car came with the b17a or it has been swapped
i originaly was going to buy a gsr made deals on 2 black 1's but both buyer backed out. every time i see a gsr i make sure to check the vin

that should def. help new buyers IMO
didnt know vin would have such details and people dont usually check the vin anything other than the accidents or leans etc.

Vin contains a lot of information if you know how to read it.
However, vins can be swapped out and it is not unheard of for a car to have it's vin changed for whatever reason. It is however illegal to change the vin IIRC.

but people swap out the vin's for change of ownership to hide history perhaps?
