if you wanna compare rims like sw388 vs a slipstream, you and i both know it's no contest given the demands the spoon wheel was designed for. for daily driving both are suitable but it's up to the customer on what they want to spend.


My shifter extensions are made using the exact same material (6061 Alum.) and manufacturing process (CNC) as the overpriced "fanboi" brand. I sell mine at almost half the price because only stupid people would spend $38US on something like that. i didn't start the business so i can knockoff some fanboi company or become one. equal quality parts can be had for cheaper and thats what I'm offering.

So far in life I have succeeded in everything I've put my mind to. Installing sprinkler systems is not something I desire or dream about doing with my life. So saying I could never do it is simply silly.

We are all here for the same reason, we all have/had a common interest; Integras. We all have either liked the DA, moved on to the DC's or just DC completely like me. The fact that we all have a common interest was a good enough starting point where this forum eventually came to be. I know I am new and know probably nothing of the past about this forum but I was attracted here by interest in DC's. I haven’t said much once I joined as I was just dwelling here reading a lot of things and picking up stuff from you guys, the more experienced crowd, but most of the time everything on this board is almost negative. Everyone here is always bitching about something or someone from the older scene is starting random ---- out of nowhere when there is absolutely no need for it. nope. as far i remember, he had 2 pairs there, i took the cheaper of the 2 and gave him what he asked. it was $150 IIRC. in all honestly don't remember all the details of that transaction cuz it really wasn't a large amount of money that i was handing over. I try not to lowball people because I know it pisses people off. if it's more than i want to spend i offer them a little less depending on the part or i don't offer them anything at all.

Nothing wrong with the camera i bought, i like it very much, it does what I need it to do and i'm happy with the results. i don't use my camera as much as you, fuzzy, or nearly as much as Wayne. we got screwed for raffle prizes. we had already posted that there would be raffle prizes and we couldn't give out nothing. Bob donated some things and I had to scramble for stuff that had to be purchased with money from the club. we did what we could. simple as that


there's a whole different outlook on the entire scene now then there was years ago. it's not the same, people have come and gone, others sold their cars, others had different priorities and you know that.


No knock off here buddy, R&D started over 6 months before i even got the final product. it was on and off as I was in no rush and it's not like i have all my eggs in this basket. i'm not doing this as a primary source for income. i've never even seen a CH extension in person or any other one for that matter. now that i look at the CH one it looks like the threaded part is longer than mine. you lose height with that.

o yea thats why ive installed the largest systems across ontario, as well alberta, t.o airport, go in there and see how tough that system was to do. ya im sure. it feels nice to know ive put systems in that have went off and saved people from a fire. PLUS YOUR ASS if there was a fire what would save you???? hm let me think.

on the track a strong, light wheel is is 1000 times better to have and there's no pot holes on the track
on the street a forged wheel isn't nessessary for daily driving. you hit a pot hole with a slipstream you're out $150 bucks not $400 if you had sw388's

I think the rims have alot to do with it. It's the hardest thing to choose on your car. I hate to admit it but authentic wheels do it for me, but they have to be well suited for the chassis. ex: you'd never put a Mugen MR5 on a DC. The rims are too dated for the bodylines of a DC.

I think it comes down to styling and taste. You can have all the money in the world but without these 2 things, your car will look like ----. Like Jeff said earlier, it doesn't take THAT much to make your car look clean ie: drop, rims, paint if necessary.
