wtf why me? i've seen that car many times, i like it but i still think the da should have a da front

HKJ 10-14-2006 11:13 PM

the first pic kind of reminds me of the ajr dc2 before the k20.. very nice.
i want those rims so bad!

B18C5er 10-14-2006 11:24 PM

I personally don't like it. Rounded off front with a square back. Not my taste, but original nonetheless.

dc24me 10-14-2006 11:40 PM

the smoothed sides go well with the front end but kinda clash with the angular roof and the rear. not a fan as it the ruins classic lines of a "da".....

Dolechy596 10-16-2006 01:01 PM

Thats not as easy to do as you may think. Theres a lot of custom body work you have to get done to the hood and quarter panels. Also headlight fitment and alignment is supposed to be a bitch. It was done years ago. Search G2IC. Someone posted a ---- load of pics while he was doing his red DA. A lot of money and time to spend on an old ass car...but good luck with it.

I saw a white EG with a USDM DC front end in Brampton last week.

Ew.

Blue Dragon 10-16-2006 01:11 PM

hmm, lets see, spend $1500 on body work to install headlights that are worth $800 US on a $1000 CAD car.........
Makes great sense to me!

Not worth the money youre gonna spend on it. That money could be better spent elsewhere.
