winter is almost over, and modding season will be commence in my house soon (have a couple boxes of parts that need installin')

here's how we look right now (i'm still beating on the 4runner and LOVING IT!)

3 (1 tandem spot for the cars & one single for the truck),.... pretty rare in a downtown condo, you're lucky if you get one spot.
