AcuratePaul 03-19-2010 03:47 PM

ya i recommend you get clear coat seperatly they mix it with the paint but mine always comes out matte i did my front bumper(old98+) rear bumper, spoiler, hatch. from a can and they look great. a can of paint was $20, but for the gun im not sure how much probably less.

irsdb7 03-19-2010 05:45 PM

no probably more cus you get WAY more paint compared to a spray can just a quart will equal like 10-15 spray cans probably

and yeah ill be getting primer, paint, and clear

AcuratePaul 03-19-2010 05:47 PM

Alright good stuff think a quart was 40-50 bucks not 100% sure but they are real good and you can get good sand paper there for body work.

Here's what I bought tonight. A wireless All-in-one printer, and man it's stupid fast with printing, and when it starts to print. Got to love HP.

Just installed laser alarms in my garage. Im not going to post pictures because of theifs on this site.

1 move and the alarm goes off.

Burfy 04-29-2010 10:33 PM

I installed bazooka's on my integra.. But I'm not gunna show it off cuz I can't prove it :P

On another note, ordering these from Synchrotech.. I'll post pics when it comes in but just so you're not hanging on to your seat with anticipation:

Spike 04-29-2010 11:11 PM

Nice Burfy. That's why I just bought a tranny with LSD already, no work in getting one, lol.

Burfy 04-30-2010 01:24 AM

Yea well I bought a tranny off a guy who claimed it was "mint" and turns out the input shaft bearing was grenaded and took out the diff bearings. Plus 3rd gear synchro was on its last legs (surprise surprise).. Got a lot of money back from the seller fortunately. The guy at synchrotech is pressing on the diff bearings for me as well as throwing in the speed sensor ring for free and installing it :) He knocked off $100 cuz I bought so much lol.. Can't waaait!

Spike 04-30-2010 07:18 AM

That's great the guys giving you a little bit of a deal. Just tho that the guy that sold it was such a douchebag, but good that he gave you most of your money back.

just bought new race seats, they are alpha black suede Recaro style, bought em for 300 bucks, i was saving up for recaros but for 300, it was steal. i couldnt resist

installation does some kinda hard but should be something fun to do today

Spike 04-30-2010 07:47 AM

Nice buy. You can buy the mounting brackets for like $60 for the pair, and then you just bolt the bracket's to the seat rails and then to where the factory seat bolts to. You just need to make sure you buy the brackets for a 94-01 integra or 92-95 civic.

Here's a picture of the style of the one's I had in my Integra.

danny.t 04-30-2010 10:53 AM

ya i just took off the seat and noticed that nothing lines up..lol spike where can i grab brackets from?

Spike 04-30-2010 11:09 AM

You can get them from ebay, or any of are vendors should be able to get them. Or you can make your own seat brackets. I've done that before, takes some time, but it can be done. Here's a couple that are Ebay right now

SICK, dont forget to lube up those threads with anti seize so they dont get seized up

FlipStud 05-04-2010 03:08 PM

nice purchases

AcuratePaul 05-04-2010 04:44 PM

nice coilovers sucks about the fork...vc looks great too.

holung 05-04-2010 07:45 PM

thanks i got the two fronts in and adjusted to where i want them but the back is well you know how thoes rear bushing are so if anyone has the rear bushings or knows where i can get them from other than the dealer please let me know asap

AcuratePaul 05-04-2010 07:50 PM

Best place to check would be our vendors give them a call they always got lots of suspension parts laying around. JDM stores are the best for used parts that still have life in them.

holung 05-04-2010 08:06 PM

tried total jdm and option they both dont have it

Vida 05-04-2010 08:57 PM

The vendors wont have the bushings, they'll have the whole control arm

I REALLY hope you didn't pay the advertised price of $909.95 on the optionjdm.com website...

http://www.optionjdm.com/option_cart...oduct_id=30688

Not to knock OptionJDM, because obviously they are one of the site vendors, but...

weaksauce.org is selling the same hardware for $630.00, not to mention that you get a free set of LCA's with the purchase.

http://www.weaksauceparts.com/store/...3&cat=0&page=1

(Unless I overlooked something.)

Anywho, just figured I'd inform you.

Vida 05-05-2010 03:20 PM

coilovers in a box weigh like 50 pounds or some ----. Then Weaksauce adds a fee cuse were international (i know this because I ordered something and they add something on top of the shipping price.) Yea theres also shipping and for something that heavy I dont really think it would be cheap. As for the price on Options website? You can pay them cash so theres no tax,and from what I know the prices on the site arent fully updated/acurate.

You can imagine how much more for shipping it would be with the LCA's. And personally, id rather shop for big stuff here. Simply cuse if anything goes wrong, you dont have to go through this tedious process of getting ---- sent back and waiting again or even hearing back if they'll fix anything broken based on warranty.

And hell if UPS ends up delivering youre gonna get raaaaaaped with charges

So at the end of the day....youre pretty much paying the same, and you have homefield advantage if anything goes wrong
