Was the guy inside the car trying to block the shots w/ a CUP? If I was in the one in the car, that gun would've been broken so fast.

what does the gun shoot? it looks like a toy gun with fake sounds? can someone explain wtf that is and who that guy in the car is why didnt he take off in the car/
