to PAINT or not to PAINT..opinions.

the SI-Vtec lip. some say it looks better painted, some say unpainted...what do jOO guys think? personally i like it painted. disscuss. |

unpainted unless the sides are painted as well. Also unpainted on dark vehicles.
SI-Vtec lip is will look better on a 95 White GSR then a 95 blue green LS but the 95GSR better get the 97 ITR lip to go along with the OEM optional sides and rear valences before the 96SE sells them along with the other OEM stuff is his basement ;) |

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...copyMedium.jpg you can't go wrong either way. it really depends on the car. it's a much a nicer lip than the 97R lip, painting it would be sorta different as most people keep them black. +1 for the si-vtec lip with the oem sides and rear valences. |

painted if the moldings are shaved or painted as well with the stock sides.
unpainted if the aformentioned are left unpainted. I personally prefer unpainted. Or you can just get a "ninja back flip upper cut kung fu body kit" |

IMO, the only time you can pull of an unpainted lip is when your headlights are blacked out and your side skirts are unpainted... (i.e. see below sig pic) |

unpainted, they sit underneath the painted bumper line. unlike 97 itr lips si vtec lips should not be painted imo.
