New to this forum, but was itching to post the results of this teg. Its a good buddy of mines and I was tired of seeing him waste time washing his car with the paint in terrible condition.

what products did you use?.... and the process... clean? wax remover? clay bar? polish? wax?

 

seems like clear was coming right off on the trunk.

What products did you use and what exactly did you do?

 

I just did my regular routine,

degrease/wash
Claybar - 3m blue
2 stage polish- Menzernas polish
Rewash
Waxed with p21s

@D.T.P the spots on the trunk is all tree sap, I slowly melted it with degreaser, Pita...

 

im guesing.. this was not done manually... orbital used?

 

Yea that's correct, with the new pc's, your able to get good results... But if a rotary is needed, it gets pulled out. I try to minimize the amount of paint being taken off because most people are more then happy with the results...
