Hey everyone, i have finally decided to make a build thread. For anyone that doesnt know, i bought a 1999 Acura Integra RS/SE. Its in minty shape with no rust. The pervious owners took VERY good care of this car and thats the reason I bought the car. Everything was maintained on this car with only Acura parts and was installed by Acura tech's. The car came with all the maintanence paper work, rust-proofing reciepts and OEM parts that were replaced by performance parts. Here is what the owner before me has done.

Engine:
Stock B18B
K&N Filtercharger intake system
JDM Integra Type-R Full Exhaust
DC 4-1 Header
Castrol Syntec oil changes every 5k
NGK Blue wires
NGK Platinum plugs
Water Pump
Timing Belt

Suspension:
PIC Select 12Kf/10Kr damping adjustable coilovers
Megan LCAs
Integra Type-R front tie bar

Wheels:
15" Rota Slipstreams in bronze tires

Exterior:
8000k HIDs
Replica Mugen lip
Clear corners
Crystal clear headlights

So lets get started on what I have to work with

Here is what the car looked like when I first picked it up....

Pretty sweet ride to start with, and now here is what I have done to it so far.....

I tinted it 30% all around and put on a set of meshies w/Kumho rubber.

Added a AEM CAI, painted the Valve cover quickly, and tucked the HID's(thanks Vida and Dave) and added a set of "password JDM" rad stays to it

Brushed aluminum bezel cover

DSC00836.jpg?t=1271603937

Added a OEM ITR Shift boot and finally found OEM floor mats!!!!

DSC00832.jpg?t=1271604043

Hatch struts!

DSC00838.jpg?t=1271604168

Valve cover that I'm thinking of painting a "unique" color and theme

DSC00839.jpg?t=1271604215

Found a set of wiper arms that will get the re-paint treatment later this week

DSC00831.jpg?t=1271604332

FUTURE PLANS

-LS/VTEC swap(not for 6 months)
-Clean set of DC2 ITR Black Recaro's
-ITR front lip
-ITR SRS steering wheel or leather wrap my stocker
-ITR Door panels
-ITR/Blox Shift ****
-Shave spoiler....still thinking about it
-And some little things here and there to clean up.

Comments, suggestions and opinions welcome

**UPDATE**

So i painted the tattered and chipped wiper arms, VERY happy with the turnout. Also, David and I went to the junkyard(again lol) and picked up an extra arm rest, which will be re-done in black suede with red stich. Going to be starting on the valve cover as well this week.

Keep you posted on the turnout.

**UPDATE**

So i have finally finished a few things.

I went over to a friends house yesturday and worked on the Teg. We completely disassembled my PIC coil-over suspension. We cleaned and degreased it and changed the height on the car too. Looks much better now. Also mixed up the dampening a bit too...btw, this suspension OWNS ALL!!! Also in the pics is my buddy's SR20DET powered 240SX....

I put my newly painted wiper arms back on and I also sanded and prepped my B18 Valve cover for some paint. Im thinking of going wrinkle red and add some black on the 3 stripes. Weigh in with your thoughts. here are the pics....

Haha, lookin' good man. Nice to see the same disregard for walls, and floors as I do when spray painting stuff.. I wouldn't worry about the paint that probably blows with the wind off the balcony either

Look up on the DIY section. There is a write up there. Its a piece of cake. It pretty much removes all that haze out of your headlights and makes them crystal clear again, which improves look, and Ill say also improves light output

ps: my bad if it shows that your post was edited, i clicked edit instead of quote, loool.
