My experience at Crappy Tire...ARGGGGG
 

Today I went to Crappy Tire to get an Etest done. I thought it was a simple thing for them to do and hard to messed things up. So I might else well bring my car to them. DAMN!!!! I was so.......WRONG..... After the etest was done, I went to get a car wash. I sprayed around my car and i notice this.......:headbang:

How do you know it was Canadian tire? If your car was dirty before you went there, it could have happened before and you just didn't notice.

Edit: I would never go to crappy tire for services anyways. Not that I have had bad experiences but "their image" gives me a feeling that my isn't in safe hands.

i'd rather take my car to a trusted mom-n-pop shop for etest than going to crappy tire

That kind of dent is not hard to miss. I always walk around my car before entering and it was fine before I went to Crappy Tire.... Its such an eyesore now.

seriously, just call the Dent Doctor... he is truly awesome... and not expensive at all.

Man thats a brutal dent. It even creased the door skin along the front edge of the inner frame.

Give Dent Doctor (or PDR equivalent) a call about fixing it.

dent doctor runed my finder.. looks good for a year and then paint will start to crack and rust.. use only for temp fix

I still got a bigass dent on my hood. Instead of getting it fixed I just stuck a sticker beside it. It was an arrow pointing at the dent that said "HATERS" lol.

approach the store manager about the situation. Make sure to be calm about it, being irate probably wont get you anywhere. if he is unwilling to help out, then get a district or regional contact. They will make things right for you. the world of retail, you just need to go above the store level most of the time, and you can get anything.

DEFINITELY too late to say anything now cuz they'll say prove that it happened here and then you got nothing! Its just a live and learn situation. I had a buddy paint my car, and out of no where seemed to have a burn in the paint but it apparantly wasn't their shop...but I don't have pics of BEFORE it went in to prove it... so I gotta take it....
