Dont paint ure lights, and u dont have to remove youre bumper, My buddy and me took awhile because my connectors were round and the H3 plugs for the bulbs were flat. But not a problem, a little crimping and splicing and it was done no problem. We changed the factory car connectors to gold flat tips too( the kind u find on speakers). When you open your hood on the side of the foglight housing there is a little nut that attaches it to the black backing, just remove it and out pops ure foglight housing. Switch bulbs and ure good to go.

mine i bought from pacific mall for like 30 bucks, they are Eurolite brand. Remember to get H3.
There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!
remember to get the 55w bulbs. the 100w will melt your lenses

^thats right i forgot to mention that also, tnks Mark! lol hmmm.... i was wondering why Helder's foggies were whiter than mine instead of having that deep yellow colour, and yet they are the same temperature. Maybe he got the 100w ones....

hmmm i dont know what brands canadian tire has but im sure any bulb thats h3 and 2500K temperature should work the same. Go there and take a look.
