I guess you need to be into this stuff to understand how effective those simple looking combo's are... simple looking but not simple to do.

Nice vid, I just don't like how they drop both hands when the kick.. They are leaving themselves open (and yes I realize they could both kick my ass in a thai fight :laugh1:)

They are more free-form, since they are not actually sparring they can afford to drop their hands when kicking...

Traditional technique would dictate to keep one hand at guard right or left chin depending and one arm outstretched in front of your opponents head.
