with that type of money i would get 2008 acura TL-S over any beamer. does anyone currently own one? my brother plans on getting one in march... lookin forward to someone to give some input about it =)

hey wait we're getting off topic

JDM_overdose 11-23-2007 11:06 AM

As you grow older, you do not want to have an integra. You would like to have a classy car. When you are older you are not going to care what is under the hood. BTW, BMW's are fast aswell.

Of course, I think most BMW drivers are pretentious, stuck up, attention -----s who care more about what's written on the trunk rather than what's under the hood.

Do the math.

No offence bro, there aint no numbers in there. Being a math student at Waterloo, every math problem encouter had numbers in it. Therefore i believe to my calculations it is difficult to actually DO THE MATH in that statment. Please revise your question. And also we have nothing to calculate since you have filled in both equal slots. Thanks just a piece of advice when your giving us math problems up here! Tataaa!

That is one sexy ride! I have been in the 2007 one but I dont know about the 08 that much. 07 was good enough :yeah:

While you're at school, pick up a dictionary some time and actually look up the definition of mathematics.

You may learn something.

wow, you must be a real simpleton if you think all equations consist of numbers. I hope Natural Selection takes care of you real soon so the gene pool doesn't have to become that much more diluted with beings like you.

/\ V=IR ( VOLTAGE= CURRENT X RESISTANCE ) and P=VI (POWER = VOLTAGE X CURRENT), are just 2 examples of formulas you can equate without numbers whereas V/R = P/V .

settle for a bmw 645cia?? LMAO hunny this car is at least $80,000. U need to earn well over a 100G's a year to afford this car. I highly doubt u make that kind of dough unless u just won the lotto.

and dont forget expensive doesnt always mean better. Yes an integra is just an integra, but my integra is just perfect for wut i use it for

yea... i kno... i think i'll just settle for a $80,000 car because I wanna sell my integra... yea lots of people tend to think that because a car costs more... its better quality... and there is no logic there... the integra is a great car for lots of things, reliable cars, they last forever and ever Amen... winter or summer, make great track cars or show cars... and as it has been said... Its not yours if you dont build it.. I would rather spend like 5-10 gz on a used car and build it to my liking for myself rather than buy a $80,000 new car that you cant do what you want with it.:yeah:

I believe that its a female using this account but if she lets her bro use it who cares - its her account to do what she wants with it. If its abused in some way or the other person acts like a dick then that account could be banned otherwise its not big deal.

now you're talking variables and numerical values!

here is another example for:

An object moving along the x axis has a constant negative acceleration of a1 and an initial velocity of +v1. A second object located +d meters ahead of the first one also has a constant acceleration of +a2 with an initial velocity if +v2. Find the condition(s) on v1 and v2 such that a collision will not occur.

x1= v1t - 1/2a1t^2

x2= d + v2t + 1/2a2t^2

There would be no collision if x2 is greater than x1!

Perhaps you will say how to solve for the conditions on v1 and v2 without numbers to work with:

here is how to do it:

what you can do is to use the equations above and set them equal to one another,x1=x2. This would give the condition such that there *would* be a collision. Now, solve for the time at which the collision would occur (you would get a quadratic formula for t).

This is the time at which a collision would occur *if* there was one. Now, if you do NOT want a collision to occur, you want this equation to have no solution. You can make sure that there is no solution by imposing that the term under the square root (b^2 -4ac) is negative. That will give you a condition on the speeds.

BHG is right you should buy better education than better car parts. When you have done that I will reply to your posts again.

becoming a RN is one thing....actually being one is another. Even if u were one, you wouldnt start at $80G's and even still, u would need to wwork at least 5 years to still afford a $80G +++ vehicle

JDM_overdose 11-24-2007 08:49 PM

Well if you knew, to become a RN you have to go to school for a long time. By the time I am done school it will be about 3 or 4 years. The 80thousand car will go down 20thousand or more. Then I can buy it. :)

chin 11-24-2007 09:39 PM

ill settle for a ferrari enzo. by the time im 86 it's gonna be $3000.

Again, the moronic n00bs along with the "I'm better than everyone attitude" is the reason why most if not all of the existing members don't post here.

This site is for whiners and dreamers. Even the Admin, don't bother posting.

(and for the record, I only have the title because there is NO admin or mods ever present to manage the site, it's ridiculous.)

RN, whatch out folks, millionaire in the making...
I was expecting maybe law school or med school, and you're talking about pimping an 80K+ ride on a RN salary?
Unless you plan on living with mommy and daddy for the next 10 years, and spending every penny you make on a car, not happening.
Sorry for the reality check.

I know a lot of RN's that have just started that are driveing 2007 BMW's and Mercedes. Also, they live on their own in a condo. Next time, dont open your mouth when you dont know anything.

D1KINGZ 11-26-2007 10:03 AM

I dont know it doesnt sound right to me. $80,000 car + a condo ($200 000 or more) seems alot.

jugtoor 11-26-2007 10:12 AM

there probably married to a doctor seriously when i was 17 I used to think like you but then i was snapped back into reality haha.

MALIKPHD 11-26-2007 10:32 AM

LOL, kids!
I know exactly what im talking about. See the link below. According to the Ontario Nurses Association, starting pay is roughly $25 per hour.

http://www.ona.org/faq#f14

Thats less than $50,000 are year, and and roughly $37,500 after tax. You tell me who owns a condo, and flexes a 07 bimmer or benz with that income. According to that, I should be rocking a RR Phantom.

Bubble burst...:D
