How fast do those things go? Can one beat a F1 car round the track?

 

speedo corrected 300km/h Top speed... Acceleration is more important to these guys then speed. Average lap speed is 150km/h

The F1 will always make the faster lap then the motoGP bike (A pro driver in each vehicle minus weather, weight variables) especially if there are more 90 degree or more turns i.e. chicanes and hairpins.

Coles notes: F1 (4 wheel)s > MotoGP (2 wheels) in relation to track. Again apples to oranges but you get the idea.

Get a track bike, I know you want to.

 

Always wanted to have a bike, I have always liked the GSX-R 600 (The single seater, I think its a 2000 or 2001 model.)
