I was looking up honda integra's on Cardomain, and was curious, was it called honda as well in the UK? or was it only in japan

The Acura name only exists in North America. That goes for ELs, Legends, Vigors, TSXs etc.

Everywhere else in the world they are Hondas.

Correction... they decided to take Acura global... they will be opening up Acura plants all over now, their first one has opened up in China already.

Indeed, but Acura name is coming to JDM and Europe in 2009-2010 MY.

no matter how we slice it we drive honda's but people feel the need to say acura especially rich upper class folks

Folks are gonna be confused now. JDM Honda replicas, JDM Acura replicas, some will even try to combine styles. Big confusion is coming with Acura becoming a global brand.
