No its southern thing u guys wouldn't kno.. The way us tuner guys are obsessed, with the style and look of having jdm parts on our cars. Other ppl think our cars' are ---- and laugh at us. But with the south they are obsessed with having a caprice or caddy on chrome or 44's spoked rims. Rolling dirty on hyrdaulics and a monster sound system. Also they have neon light signs that are installed in their trunk's. In the trunk they choose a message and that message is in Neon letter's. Whether it's their crew name name or a point tryin too get across to someone. Its their heritage and it's how they get down.
