seen this posted on g2ic.com, some guy decided to make his own projector HID's. Personally i think it looks odd with that one circle there. But i guess thats the only way to make efficient light out of the set up. What do you guys think?

that looks a little wired but i like the black housing...wish i had the ***** to pull apart my lights. i'm too scared of ------- them up

i felt the same way...so i bought a second set of headlights off e-bay and just finished blacking them out...not hard...it would have been even easier, had i had a buddy with me to help me pry the lens from the housing...that is tricky to do without an extra set of hands and a fresh from the oven, hot-*** headlight... they came out good, but i guess only time will tell when it comes to how well i resealed them... i dont know if u read a how-to guide on how to do this, but here is one for the RSX... sorry its not for a g2 but i can only guess the process is the same

I don't like it. Looks off.... would'nt it look better on the projectors? I just think it would blend better.

 

iunno i think i would have sanded all of the lens or made it have a few lines goin horizontal like the JDM ITR lens...
it looks a bit odd but looks ok at the same time...
