Just a carbon wing extension, or so they call it. Crowhouse originally made them and the used ones I have seen are selling for stupid $$. I think someone on honda-tech is making copies for a couple hundred dollars. Search for wing extension and you should see something.

i know four people with them and they won't give them up, but yes it is for added downforce

i love the way it sits on an ITR spoiler; damn sure if i had one it wouldn't give it up either but too bad I'm not a big fan of spoilers.
