Hey Guy's and Gal's,

I'm kinda new to the community so I'd thought I'd share some pics of my project in progress and see what you guys think....

Back in 96'

Before it went to tha shop

At mike's shop

The Rear painted without activator.

These 2 pics's are with the activator additive added to the paint looks much better than the tail gate.

Getting there almost ready 2 paint

The cars still hasn't made it to the booth yet but it will on Monday.
The painter wanted to put a coat of paint on before he takes it to the paint booth
to be sure that there's no suprises as far as the body is concerned.
This is how it looks without activator and without clear.
By doing this we found some slight imperfections that couldn't be seen before.
Next there going to touch up what ever needs it, wet sand the car and take her too the
booth for painting.

Still hasn't made it to the booth yet Today for sure going to have it B4 the long weekend
It's look'n So proper !!

I went to see the car yesterday afternoon.
Almost done. Just a little more luv (wetsanding etc... and re-assembly of the car is left.)
Then the carbon comes into play.

I saw the car today it's still not finished so so weeakk.
It's comming along and will be on the road tommorow.
He's bolting up my CF spoiler and Hood today and removing overspray on
my fender liners etc...
But over all it's looks ok much different in the sun apposed to the shots I took in the shop.
I've taken all these pics with my shitty IPhone.
Big up to some of you TI photographers with tha deadly camara's
Pic's don't do the paint job justice the colour keeps on flipping this is the best
I could do so you'll just have to see the car in person to judge for yourself.

It's Finally out brought it to it's 1st day at work the rims still look kinda tinny but they will
be good 2 go later on next week. For now I've decided to put on the other 2 stock wheels
on the rear so at least it looks decient for now. The pics don't show the rim change
cause I haven't made it to the shop yet but I will later on today.

I was thinking about these rims but arn't sure about the quality.
They are GP racing. Option JDM sells them on their website.
But I don't know anyone that has them any advice ??

That's it so far thx for lookn'g

oh haha my bad I did miss label them
I got hit in a accident on the driver side by a big rig.
I was in his blind spot.
They wrote off the car.
I bought it back from insurance and so far this is as far as i've gotten.

It's a Dupont Orange with a gold pearl it's classed as a Hot Hue Colour. But it's not a production colour.

The pick of the engine is without clear so it still looks different.

Here a pick of what it should kinda look like when it's finished but still this pic is a touch on the dark orange side. But close enough.

I was thinking the same thing I like the rims on there own but it may look odd. I was thinking a set of black rims would look better any suggestions??

anyways, i like the rims but i'm not sure how it would look on the car. go with 16's and i think you'd be safe with black.
