Looks like Mane was supporting illegal activities...j/k although it definately looks like Mane flagging the cars..Check the video.

what i dont get about this is that while there have been 34 deaths supposedly caused by street racing, there are usually 100+ murders in the gta every summer...and these dumb ***** are devoting time and money, cracking down on street racing? where the ---- are your priorities?
and you wanna get tough on people who have the need for speed? then catch the other millions of drivers who speed on the hour, every hour, on every major road, highway first before you devote all your budget on street racing!!!

I don't know if you guys know this but we own nothing, all we have to show for our Assets are papers. The truth is that the Queen of England owns everything in Canada. The land we settled on including all our assets. So if she wanted she can take our homes and cars from us on demand. Forget the large things she even own the shirts off our backs.

^^ technically yes...but there is no way a sweetheart like her would do such a thing =)
im just really sick of hearing about all the street racing imports causing a major disturbance in today's society, blah blah blah...nobody ever talks about the 55 year old ceo's who race their mercedes/bmw's to see who still is young at heart...never that...but lets focus on the hondas with 95 hp blazing through our streets!!! thumbsdown for the entire government system!!!
